Depending on the size of the farm we will have a network of pipes of different diameter and operating pressure, depending on the flow to be supplied, it is usually composed of:
Primary pipe.
Secondary pipe.
Tertiary Pipe.
Drip pipe
Two types of pipes:
PVC: It is usually used for primary and secondary networks, although in some cases also as tertiary. It is more resistant than Polyethylene to the passage of water, however it is a fragile material and has breakages, which is why it is usually buried.
POLYETHYLENE: Normally used for tertiary network and transmitter. Being these more flexible and less fragile than PVC, allowing it to be installed externally.
Used as tertiary pipes, manufactured by plastic fibers that give it greater flexibility. When the pressurized water passes through the hoses they take the form of a tube, becoming flat when the water stops passing. Being more flexible, allows better handling and faster when doing the installation.
